3 Church Street is a beautifully decorated and furnished self catering cottage. It sleeps 4 people making it perfect for families, couples or friends, you can even bring your dog!
It has bags of character and country charm and is the ideal location to unwind after a day exploring the nearby moors and coastline.
You can make yourself at home in the living room with its open fire, then rest in one of the two comfortable bedrooms.
The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals which you can enjoy with family and friends in the cosy dining area in front of the open fire.
During the long summer evenings, you can take in the fresh air and the sounds of the countryside in the delightful courtyard garden. Plus, there's a kennel for your dog if required.
3 Church Street is a great base for Exploring Exmoor, West Somerset and North Devon. Ideal for country pursuits including walking, hiking, shooting, fishing and horse riding
The village of Timberscombe located in the National Park has one pub called the Lion Inn. The historic village of Dunster is about 4 miles away and boasts its own castle (National Trust), Watermill, ancient yarn market and a number of pubs, restaurants, tea rooms and gift shops. The seaside town of Minehead is only 8 miles away where further amenities, a 24 hour supermarket, banks with ATM’s, Doctors and Vets, can be found. Porlock, Lynton and Lynmouth and the beautiful Doone valley are all in easy reach and make ideal days out with some beautiful scenery on the way.
•LOCATION – HOW TO FIND US From the A39 road to Minehead take the turning to Dunster A396. Go through the village of Dunster and continue on the road for about 3 miles. Take a left turn into Vicarage Court, follow the road round to the right then take the first left that is Church Street.
•FACILITIES There is a Television, DVD Player and Free Sat is available. There are some board games provided.
•SMOKING We would be greatful if smoking could be kept to the outside of the cottage.
•LINEN All linen and towels are provided, along with a washing machine for your use in the outside shed. If you are staying more than one week and would like, we will provide a change of bed linen on Friday.
•DOGS 1 or 2 well behaved dogs are welcome at 3 Church Street.
•PARKING Parking is available anywhere within the village.
•AVAILABILITY AND OCCUPANCY Available throughout the year. We ask for a deposit of 25% of the total booking and the balance 4 weeks before arrival.
